Bring us the problem nobody has solved yet
Step 01
Intake
Submit your challenge and we'll respond within 5 working days. We'll quickly determine whether it's a fit for the Lab, or not.
Step 02
Define success
During a 2-week framing sprint, we work with your team to understand the problem and define the metrics that will determine success.
Step 03
Explore & build
For 5 to 10 weeks, a multidisciplinary team explores, validates and builds a working solution around the opportunity.
Step 04
The verdict
Every Lab project ends with a measured verdict. Scale, hand over, spin out or stop; we'll tell you what the evidence says, even if the answer is "don't build this."
